Gardens

I adore being outside in a garden, no matter what the weather.  There's something particularly special and romantic about cottage gardens, where plants tumble and merge together, with butterflies and bees enthusiastically visiting the flowers.  I try to capture that sense in these artworks.  They are the most time-consuming pieces of art that I make, but are still my personal favourites - each one is a real labour of love, with fragments of glass being individually placed in position with tweezers.
